Nadine Gerspacher

Nadine is an independent dancer, choreographer and teacher. She has worked for various choreographers like Dave St.Pierre Inc. Montreal, Nicolas Ricchini Company – Spain, Francisco Córdova / Physical Momentum Project Mexico – Spain, Sonia Rodriguez Berlin, Anna Holter, Stephan Herwig, Katja Wachter /Selfish shellfish- Munich among others.

Nadine is also giving workshops and is creating dance- theatre pieces for companies and education schools worldwide like such as: La Caldera Barcelona, Salon Camargo Buenos Aires, Iwanson International Munich, Tanztendenz München, Arteleku San Sebastian, Dampfzentrale Bern, Trois C-L Luxemburg, Connatural Guatemala, El Reves Costa Rica, B12 Berlin, Theaterakademie August Everding Munich, Company Johannes Wieland Kassel, Accademia Nazionale di danza – Roma, Cie.Toula Limnaios, ARTEZ, Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Arnheim, Institute of the arts Sitges, Instituto de teatro of Barcelona among others.

Since 2011 she has been developing her own creative project Cia Nadine Gerspacher . In 2015 she worked as a choreographer for the project Heart of Cirque du Soleil. 2016 she collaborates with Nicolas Ricchini in the piece A sweet hello/Ever after and works on a solo creation Nua with her own company under the artistic direction of Anna Castells and Lali Ayguade as the outer eye. Nadine received the Isadora Award from the Iwanson-Sixt foundation Munich in 2017 for her work as a dancer, choreographer and teacher. 

Currently she works on her latest piece, Let it rain together with Jefta Tanate. Let it rain, is the second part of the trilogy after, The age of aquarium. These two productions are supported by the Bureau of Cultural Affairs Department of the State Capital City of Freiburg im Breisgau and by the LAFT, Baden – Württemberg Association for Contemporary Dance and Theatre. Early 2018, she created together with Nicolas Ricchini and in collaboration with Anna Sanchez the creation and performance program FRE3 BODIES in Barcelona. 2020 Nadine will mark the beginning of the creation of the last part of the trilogy, Non upgraded existence.
